Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Genius International School, we value your trust and ensure that all donations and payments made through our website are secure and transparent. This Refund & Payment Policy outlines the rules regarding payments, refunds, and cancellations.

 

1. Payment Processing All payments are processed securely via PayTM or authorized payment partners. We do not store your credit/debit card details on our servers. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information when making donations or payments.

 

2. Refunds All donations are voluntary and non-refundable under normal circumstances. If a payment is accidentally duplicated or an error occurs during the transaction, you may request a refund by contacting us at contact@gis.org.in. Refund requests are subject to verification and PayTM's policies, and may take 7–14 business days to process.

 

3. Cancellations Once a donation or payment is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled. If you experience a technical issue during payment, please contact us immediately.

 

4. Disputes Any payment-related disputes will be addressed by contacting us first. We will cooperate fully with PayTM to resolve any issues. For unresolved disputes, the governing law will be that of India, and the jurisdiction of courts in Wayanad, Kerala, India shall apply.
